PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the occurrence of pulsatory motion, breath and blocking and to obtain a uniformly executed body by kneading a spraying material containing a refractory aggregate, alumina cement, a cure accelerator, a dispersant and a fiber, then sending the kneaded material under pressure and spraying the material using compressed air which is introduced at the tip end of a nozzle. SOLUTION: A spraying material is obtained by incorporating 0.1 to 10 wt.% alumina cement being a binder optionally <=4 wt.% silicate, about 0.1 to 7 wt.% cure accelerator such as calcium salt, about 0.01 to 5 wt.% dispersant such as phosphate and about 0.05 to 3 wt.% fiber such as alumina fiber, and further optional additives such as a thickening agent, a fluidity improving agent and a metal powder into 100 wt.% refractory aggregate such as alumina or magnesia. The method for executing spraying is comprised of supplying the spraying material 1 thus obtained into a mixer 12 through a hopper 2, stirring the material by rotating a vertical rotating axis 5 equipped with stirring blades 7, a screw 11 and a stirring lever 6, thereafter, adding an amount of about 10 to 25% of water to the material from a water-supplying pipe 4, kneading the mixture transporting the kneaded mixture to a nozzle 9 while continuously kneading and spraying the spraying mixture using compressed air introduced from an introducing pipe 10 disposed at a place close to the tip end of the nozzle 9. |
