PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a double lock louver that prevents a crescent lock from being unlocked by a finger inserted from a clearance between fins when the fins are horizontal. SOLUTION: Fin 8 are oscillated by means of a pin 20' via a main lever 13 rotatably attached to a frame 7, a crescent lever 17 attached to the first point of action of the main lever 13 and having an arcuate oblong hole 16 therein, a driven pin 20 fitting into the arcuate oblong hole 16, and a connecting rod 9, the pin 20' being driven into the connecting rod 9. A locking lever 19 is connected to the second point of action of the main lever 13 and a sliding piece 21 connected to the free end of the locking lever 19 slides into a casing 23. When the fins 8 are open, the free end of the main lever 13 covers a crescent lock R, and when the fins 8 are closed the sliding piece 21 slides into the casing 23 to lock a louver 5.
