PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a grating that is easy to assemble and can be formed with a flush surface. SOLUTION: This grating comprises long grating members 1 and short grating members 2, both having the same width W and the same height H and having respective mating parts 12, 13, 22, 23 that can mate with each other. A grating body 10 is formed by disposing the long grating members 1 with the mating parts 12, 13 of the grating members 1 in an opposite, intersecting relationship to each other, and the short grating member 2 formed with a length approximately equal to the interval between the adjacent long grating members 1, 1 is fitted between the long grating members 1, 1 and is fitted over one of the long grating members 1 which intersects the other of the long grating members 1.
