PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method whereby a door panel with excellent design can be manufactured with good productivity. SOLUTION: This method for manufacturing a door panel A[A1] molds at least one 2a1 of a plurality of surface member pieces 2a1, 2a2 split apart from each other to constitute a surface member 2, then laps each surface material piece 2a, assembles the plurality of surface material pieces 2a1, 2a2 together to form the surface member 2, and integrates the surface member 2 with a core through bonding.
