SOLUTION: In the hat joiner 1 with a main body board section 2 arranged in an opening Q among furring strips 61, 62 and building members (a building board 71 and an outside angle column 72) fixed onto the furring strips 61, 62 and a projecting section 3 for insertion formed to the surface side face of the main body board section 2 and inserted and arranged between the mutually adjacent building members (the building board 71 and the outside angle column 72), a plurality of projecting leg sections 4 projected to the furring strip 61, 62 sides are formed to the rear side face of the main body board section 2.
