METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR SUPPLYING PULVERIZED FINE COAL INTO BLOWING TANK FROM INTERMEDIATE TANK IN PULVERIZED FINE COAL BLOWING EQUIPMENT IN BLAST FURNACE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To always and stably supply pulverized fine coal into a blowing tank from an intermediate tank under the state of high pressure in a desirable supplying speed regardless of kind of the coal. SOLUTION: High pressure nitrogen gas is blown through a nitrogen gas rater 24 arranged at the lower part of the intermediate tank 4, and the inner part in the intermediate tank 4 is pressurized from ordinary pressure to a high pressure and the pulverized fine coal is supplied into the blowing tank 5 by rationing the nitrogen gas. One directional stream of the nitrogen gas from the intermediate tank 4 to the blowing tank 5 is kept by controlling the exhaust gas through a small exhaust gas valve to the intermediate tank 4 and the blowing tank 5, and the supplying speed of the pulverized fine coal can be kept constant and the variation of carrying speed of the pulverized fine coal is restrained.
