PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture a large quantity of foldable information communication matters in a short time without defective matters by arranging a breakable film layer side of a pseudo-adhesive laminate to be disposed at an outside of a folding state. SOLUTION: Folding lines 5, 6 for folding unit sheets obtained by printing cut sheets are provided between pieces 1, 2 and 3 in a folding state. A pseudo- adhesive laminate 10 is obtained by providing a heat sensitive adhesive layer of an ethylene vinyl acetate copolymer at an outside of an impossibly readhesive laminated polyethylene film 11 after releasably peeling and a polyethylene terephthalate film layer 12. Cut sheets of the unit sheets in which side portions are decoratively trimmed are folded at the line 5 in the state that the piece 1 is wound and folded, and the laminate 10 is inserted to a position corresponding to the pieces 3, 2 of the unit sheets. The pieces 3, 2 are folded together with the laminate 10 along the line 6. Thus, a manufacturing efficiency is remarkably improved, and a large quantity of foldable information communication devices can be manufactured in a short time.
