PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify the constitution of a working head device and reduce a manufacturing cost by rationally arranging each of mobile bases. SOLUTION: A horizontally mobile base 3 which is movable under control in the Y axial direction is provided and a plurality of movable bases 7, 7 which are adjustably movable in a Y axis are installed on the horizontally mobile base 3. On these movable bases 7, 7, a main shaft head 9 is arranged in such a way that the shaft head 9 is actuated to freely ascend/descend. Further, an ascending/descending actuated element 15 is movable under control in the Z axial direction is installed on the horizontally movile base 3 and is arranged at an upper position against the main shaft head 9. In addition, the ascending/ descending actuated element 15 and the main shaft head 9 are coupled with a pneumatic cylinder 22 which actuates the former two in the vertical direction.
