PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for mass-producing a composite cured material obtained by curing a papermaking sludge. SOLUTION: After a raw material containing a papermaking sludge is suction-dehydrated, the material is pressurized by rollers 28 while the material is being conveyed by a conveyor 22 in the state that a water content of a slurry 14 is 20 to 60 wt.%, dehydrated and dried. Since the material is pressed in a water containing state, a fiber and a mineral sol easily move. A stress is scarcely retained after dry curing, and hence a warpage or a crack can be prevented. Since the material is in the water containing state, a curing reaction does not proceed, and a crack can be prevented. Thus, the composite cured material can be mass-produced.
