PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an end face aligning device of a bar steel to align the end faces of the bar steels so as to cut to an appropriate crop length by a cold cutting machine when the bar steel sheared by a split shearing machine is cut by a cold cutting machine to a bar steel product. SOLUTION: A device is constituted so that an integrated stopper 10, which has a colliding face 10a to stop one end sheared bar steel by colliding an off gage part end face, and a moving stopper 11, which has a colliding face 11b to stop a both end sheared bar steel by colliding the sheared part end face, are elevatably supported, a colliding face 11b side of the moving stopper 11 is selectively descended by an operation pattern stored in a memory device beforehand, further the integrated stopper 10 and the moving stopper 11 are ascended up to a pass line position, a long end sheared bar steel is stopped at the position of the colliding face 10a of the integrated stopper 10, a short both end sheared bar steel is stopped at the position of the colliding face 11b of the moving stopper 11, alignment is achieved.
