PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To dispense with a large-scaled concrete work and to make a block recyclable by providing protruding parts having through-holes on both adjacent end upper part and lower part of a block, overlapping both the protruding parts of adjacent blocks, and inserting an anchor member to the through-holes to connect the blocks. SOLUTION: Protruding parts 10, 17 are formed on upper and lower half parts at both ends of a block 1, the lower surface of the protruding part 10 forms an upper overlapping stepped surface 11, and the upper surface of the protruding part 17 forms a lower overlapping stepped surface 18. Pin insert holes 12, 19 are vertically extended through the overlapping stepped surface 11 and the overlapping stepped surface 18. The left upper half protruding part 10 of the right block is overlapped on the right lower half protruding part 17 of the left block, and anchor pins 14 and 21 are inserted to the pin insert holes 12, 19 from above, respectively, to surely connect the adjacent left and right blocks. According to this, not only a large-scaled concrete work in a construction site is dispensed with, but also the positioning of each block can be automatically performed simultaneously with the overlapping of the protruding parts.
