PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a flame-retardant resin composition, having better properties, e.g. resistances to heat and adhesion, than the conventional one. SOLUTION: This flame-retarded resin composition contains (A) a resin containing phosphorus in the molecule and having a number-average molecular weight of 3,000 or more, and (B) a compound containing phosphorus at 3 wt.% or more in a component A/component B wt. ratio of 100/1 to 60. The phosphorus-containing compounds is preferably an ammonium polyphosphate.
