PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the subject composition having excellent activities by including methylnitrotetrahydrofurylmethylguanidine and tetrahydrophthalimidomethyl chrysanthemate as active ingredients. SOLUTION: This composition contains (A) 1-methyl-2-nitro-3-[(3- tetrahydrofuryl)methyl]guanidine and (B) 3,4,5,6-tetrahydrophthalimidomethyl chrysanthemate as active ingredients. The component B includes, for example, a steric isomer such as 3,4,5,6-tetrahydrophthalimidomethyl (1RS)cis,trans- chrysanthemate (tetramethrin) and a mixture thereof. The mixing ratio of the components A to B in the composition is preferably (99:1)-(1:99) expressed in terms of weight. When the composition is formed into a preparation, the preparation preferably contains a solid carrier, a pharmaceutic aid or the like, and 0.005-50 wt.% components A and B.
