PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily attach a take-up device to any position of a long wire harness, reduce stresses in electrical wires, use many kinds of tubes, and reduce the manufacturing cost. SOLUTION: A roller 4 provided with a partition plate 18 for dividing the inside of a case 3 made up of upper and lower covers 1, 2 into first and second storage parts, a spindle 19, and a take-up drum 20, is rotatably provided in the case, and a wire harness 27 is assembled to a notch part 28 of the partition plate through a mounting member 39. A moving side wire harness 27a is covered with a tube, one end of which is fixed to the mounting member, in a state where one end of the tube is overlapped with the end part of the mounting member, and the tube is wrapped around the outer periphery of the take-up drum to extend outward from a harness lead-through opening 10. The other end side of the tube is fixed to an engagingly locking tool 48 fixed to the moving side wire harness, and the fixed side wire harness is wrapped around the spindle to be fixed to a harness lead-through opening 11 to extend outward. Further, a take-up spring for energizing the roller in the taking-up direction is accommodated in the take-up drum.
