PREPARATION METHOD OF HIGH ZINC SLUDGE CAKE

PURPOSE: A method for preparing high zinc sludge cake is provided, to prevent the damage of high cost of bag filter and the environmental pollution due to leakage of leachate. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises the steps of injecting water and diatomite into a drum filter stirring bath(18); forming uniform thickness of diatomite coating layer on a bag filter attached to the outer surface of a drum filter(19) by inhalation pressure; flowing high zinc slurry from a precipitation bath(14) into the stirring bath (18) of the drum filter; attaching high zinc slurry on the diatomite coating layer by the inhalation pressure of a vacuum pump(25) to form high zinc slurry layer; and separating the diatomite coating layer and the high zing slurry layer by using a separator to cut only the high zinc slurry out.
