发明名称 SEPARATION METHOD OF LOW ZINC SLUDGE IN BLAST FURNACE THICKER
摘要 PURPOSE: Separation method of low zinc sludge is provided which separates zinc components among sludge generated in the blast furnace thicker to recycle low zinc sludge so that it prevents steam from being generated. CONSTITUTION: The separation method of low zinc sludge in a blast furnace thicker comprises the steps of: (i) supplying slurry through a slurry pump(6) for a stirring tank(7) and controlling a dilution water autovalve(11) through a gauge to control slurry concentration in the stirring tank; (ii) supplying slurry for hydro cyclone(12) with controlling pressure to separate high zinc sludge and low zinc one so that low zinc sludge is trapped at a turndish in the lower part of the hydro cyclone and high zinc sludge is discharged into a storage tank(17); and (iii) supplying the trapped low zinc sludge for a drum filter stirring bath(18) and then driving a vacuum pump to produce dry low zinc sludge from wet low zinc one.
