PURPOSE: A shielding apparatus of a recording system for a vehicle and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to secure the recording system to be stacked in a vehicle stably even in case of any accidents, thereby improving the reliability of the recording system. CONSTITUTION: A shielding apparatus of a recording system for a vehicle including a memory(22) for recording data on a printed circuit board(20), is formed with a first coating film(30) and a first protecting film(40) on a whole surface of the printed circuit board in sequence, a second coating film(50), a first buffering film(60) and a second buffering film(70) on the whole surface of the first protecting film in sequence, and a second protecting film(80) on the whole surface of the second buffering film, wherein an inner electric wave generating part is provided between the first and second buffering films for sending an electric wave to the outside and an outer electric wave generating part is provided between the second protecting film and the second buffering film so that a position of the recording system is recognizable even though the recording system is deviated from the vehicle in case of accidents.
