PURPOSE: A well case for a water screen is provided to be affinitive with an environment by maintaining the well case without eliminating or filling up an unnecessary well case. CONSTITUTION: All holes(1) and recessed portions(2) are closed by using a lid capable of covering the hole and recessed portion outside a wall body. Herein, the lid is compressed to the wall body by using a connective device such as a nut or a bolt so that a water tight state is accomplished. A well case is installed at a position where a structure is constructed. The well case is sunk after excavating and eliminating earth and sand inside the well case. Then, the structure is constructed in a state of pumping out water inside the well case.
