CONTROLLER FOR ELECTRIC PROPORTIONAL CONTROL VALVE AND CONTROLLING METHOD

PURPOSE: A controller for electric proportional control valve and a controlling method are provided to control minutely the electric automatic valve, and prevent the damage of circuit by over current. CONSTITUTION: A controller comprises; a reference voltage generation and a voltage controller(100); a voltage balance controller which receives a constant voltage, and controls the balance of positive, negative voltage; a temperature controller(300) which compares a sensing value, detected by a controller, with a designed value, and controls the heating of heater; an open/close location setter(400) which offers the result after comparing a sensing value with a designed setting value for open/close finishing point; a location voltage amplifier(500) and a dead band controller which generate the value of permissible width; a current/voltage converter and a gain/span controller(700) which convert a current into voltage, and control the valve capacity; and a comparator for permissible width and a logic controller(600) which generate a signal for valve driving by comparing the permissible width with the output voltage of converter, and transmit the signal to power driving gear(900) to drive a motor.
