PURPOSE: A regional information system using the internet is provided to supply the regional information and promote electronic commerce by taking a photograph in moving images of the regional stores and products in a 360 degree rotation view and supplying the video along with the regional map in real time. CONSTITUTION: A regional information system that uses internet is composed of request, purchase, and delivery. A purchaser's terminal(10) is used to make requests for regional information and to purchase products that are indicated on the web page through the internet(30). The seller's terminal(20) is used to provided the personal information and to receive purchase requests. A management server(40) takes a photograph of the seller's store and sales products in moving images, stores them in the database(50), provides the moving image files upon reception of the purchaser's request, selects the sales product, and manages the online payment and delivery requests when a sale is made.
