PURPOSE: A polisher for an LCD(liquid crystal display) glass is provided to enhance productivity and the working ratio of an equipment by preventing the delay of a process and to reduce the defect rate of a product. CONSTITUTION: A lower plate unit(100) includes a lower plate(110) attached to a polishing pad(112) and rotated by a motor(120). An upper plate unit(200) includes an upper plate(210). Herein, the upper plate is attached to an LCD glass as a polish target and a glass holder is attached around the LCD glass. The upper plate is ascended and rotated on the surface of the lower plate by an additional motor(240). At the same time, the upper plate is adhered to the lower plate and rotated together. An abrasive supply unit(300) supplies an abrasive onto the lower plate. A control unit controls a motor(120) to act in two ways so that an eccentric abrasion process of a specific portion to a glass holder is delayed as the repeated conversion of rotation direction of the lower plate.
