PURPOSE: A remote controller for an on/off signaling device is provided to report malfunction of each load and ensure easy on/off operation management of each device by setting an intrinsic address to each device and determining the on/off operation of the load. CONSTITUTION: A controller(10) sets an intrinsic address to each load to control an on/off operation of the load, and can inspect the load or the intrinsic address and adjust the intrinsic address via a key pad or a communication network. A micom(23) operates the load by a control command of the controller(10) via a communication unit(24) and transmits load information from the load to the controller(10). The controller(10) evaluates the load and the address and transmits a control command about the on/off operation of the load to the micom(23) via the communication unit(24). The micom(23) causes the load to operate via a load activating unit(22) and selects the on/off operation state of the load. Information of the operation state is sent to the controller(10).
