PURPOSE: A system for transmitting a music at a predetermined time using the internet is provided to download a robot program provided from a server when the user clicks a music clock menu, and mounts the robot program to a user computer, is automatically connected to a specific Internet web site before a few minutes of the time indicated by the robot program, and downloads a music, and cuts off Internet communication network. CONSTITUTION: A user computer enters a music clock web site. If the music clock menu is clicked, a robot program(22) from a server(30) is transmitted to the user computer(1a-1n), and automatically mounts a music clock program. The robot program synchronizes the user computer with a clock. If a current time of the user computer reaches a time before 5 minutes of a predetermined time, the robot program drives a web browser, and connects the web browser to a server of the music clock web site. The server checks whether the user is authorized or not, and transmits a music file to the user computer. The transmitted music file is automatically stored in the user computer, a connection between the server and the user computer is cut off. If the user computer time is the predetermined time of the robot program, the stored music file is reproduced.
