PURPOSE: A method for preparing a 3D honeycomb module for a solid catalyst supporter or diffuser and a 3D honeycomb module prepared by the method are provided, to increase the specific area of honeycomb, and to form 3D turbulent flow for improving the diffusion velocity of reactants to catalyst surface. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises the steps of folding metal net whose hole/diameter ratio is less than 10, washing it with HCl, H2SO4, a mixture of HNO3 and HF, or NaOH, and calcining it 400-1000 deg.C to form oxide layer on the wire surface; mixing a catalyst with the wire in the ratio of 1 : 5-20 by volume, and wash coating it by using the catalyst slurry solution comprising 5-30 wt% of an adhesive, 1-10 wt% of adhesion promoting agent and 30 wt% a pore controlling agent or less; and sticking the catalyst-attached plates and the folded plates alternatively.
