PURPOSE: A hub assembly is provided to allow luminous element to be mounted to both sides of the hub by eliminating a portion of the hub and mounting at least one circuit board with bending. CONSTITUTION: A wheel hub assembly includes an inner frame(90) and an outer frame(95) positioned at the outer periphery of the inner frame(90). At least one circuit boards(20,30) is mounted to the outer frame(95). A lead line coil(60) is extruded from the surface of the outer frame(95) via a hub(40) and connected with lead lines of luminous diodes. In the inner and outer frames(90,95), openings(85) are formed along the periphery. After the circuit boards(20,30) and the luminous diodes are connected, covers(200,300) are fixed to conceal the mounted circuit boards(20,30). A mold surrounds the hub assembly, and then a transparent polyurethane resin is poured into the mold to form a wheel tire.
