PURPOSE: An apparatus for conveying water with pressure using a pressure clutch is provided to simultaneously operate a driving impeller and a driven impeller in case of normal operating of a pump and operate only the driving impeller when the flow rate is reduced, thereby reducing the power consumption. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for conveying water with pressure using a pressure clutch includes a driving coupling(11) which formed with a plate-shaped spring(6), a support(10), a compression rotary plate(8), and a coil spring(7) insertedly fixed in the right end of a driving shaft of a main body(18) of the apparatus for conveying water with pressure; a bearing support(4) which formed with a brake disk(9), a bearing(5), and a sleeve(17) insertedly fixed in the left end of a driven shaft(1); a cylinder(2) combined with a piston(3) mounted on a full diameter of a packing box(25); and a swing disk(16) and a water circulation hole(15) combined in a water discharge circulation path(19).
