PURPOSE: A system for managing on-line receipts is provided to easily issue a tax bill or a receipt by making a receipt maker load the bill with on-line, and makes a demanding user check an arranged document with on-line. CONSTITUTION: In a system for managing on-line receipts, a tax transaction database or another transaction database are made in a database server(300). The system receives a transaction document(or a tax bill) from a receipt maker, and informs a demanding person(200) of a receipt issuance immediately. The collected document every period is transmitted to a taxation office. If necessary, access and checking operation can be freely made. An account result is loaded on a database of the system. Even if the user can receive a united receipt storage box with on-line although the user employs a different system.
