METHOD FOR PREVENTING GENERATON OF FUSED ROCK IN THE INSIDE OF IGNITION FURNACE IN SINTERING PROCESS

PURPOSE: A method is provided, for preventing the generation of fused rock in the inside of an ignition furnace in the sintering process, to improve the productivity, and the lifetime of an ignition furnace. CONSTITUTION: An air spray nozzle(19) is set in the upper inside of an ignition furnace(7) by using a support base(20)and flange(21a); an air blower(15) is connected to the air spray nozzle(19) through a pipe line(15a), and flux controlling valves(15b,15d) and a pressure gauge(15c) are set in the pipe line(15a), to spray air into the ignition furnace(7) through the pipe line(15a) and the air spray nozzle(19) from the air blower(15) in the complexation of source material surface due to a burner; and cold air is allowed to flow into the pipe line(15a) and the air spray nozzle(19) after the complexation, to prevent fused rock from being generated at the terminal of an ignition furnace(7).
