PURPOSE: A damper apparatus for refrigerator is provided to rapidly and easily dry the dew formed at a surface of a baffle. CONSTITUTION: A damper apparatus comprises a frame(32) installed at a cold air supply path and which has a cold air passage hole(32a); a baffle(34) for opening/closing the cold air passage hole formed at the frame; a rotational axis(P) installed at a center portion of the baffle and which rotates the baffle; and a stepping motor(40) for rotating the rotational axis. Thus, the dew formed at a side of the baffle is exposed to be dried at the passage of the cold air upon opening/closing the baffle. The stepping motor has a driving shaft(40a), a pinion(42) having at an outer periphery thereof a screw portion and which is assembled to the driving shaft of the stepping motor, and a fan-shaped gear(44) engaged with the pinion and which transmits the rotational power generated from the driving source of the motor to the rotational axis of the damper apparatus.
