PURPOSE: A business support system using the Internet is provided to make an effective customer management and an effective business action by providing a business man with a desired customer information. CONSTITUTION: An information providing system using Internet(80) is connected to a web server of the Internet, stores a registered user information, and makes a database(41) about the registered user information. The system stores a web management man(30) information having both a product information and a service information given to the user, and makes a database(42) about the web management man information. The system receives an ID and a password from the web server, and authorizes a membership. The user searches a desired web management man, and selects it. The user takes counsel with the selected web management man. The system stores a user information and the number of the user connection times during a predetermined time into the web management database, and makes a database(43) about the matter given to the web management man. Thereby, the system using Internet makes an effective customer management and an effective business action by providing a business man with a desired customer information.
