ROLL FORMING DEVICE OF COMPLEX PIPE

PURPOSE: A roll forming device of a complex pipe is provided to gradually cover an aluminum plate onto the outer face of an inner pipe while the inner tube is sustained in a perfect circle through improving the structure of a roll. CONSTITUTION: Lower rolls loading an aluminum plate(120) and formed in a specific radius of curvature rotate at a uniform speed. Upper rolls contacting with the lower rolls have grooves for inserting an inner pipe(130) to the circumference. Another lower rolls placed in the rear of the lower rolls and upper rolls, rotating at a uniform speed and loading complex pipe covered with the aluminum plate are formed in a specific radius of curvature. The complex pipe is guided by upper guide rolls at the upper portion of the complex pipe. The complex pipe is guided at the side by side guide rolls.
