PURPOSE: A bicycle chain device is provided to be applied to various industry fields by rotating a chain gear once upon one time of rotation of a pedal, changing centers of a cam and a crank shaft and making various speed rates. CONSTITUTION: A crankshaft(1) is installed to be rotatable by bearings(5,6) prepared in a cam(2) and a bearing case(4). A convex portion of the cam is fixed by a bicycle body(3) and a screw. A bearing(7) is prepared on an outer diameter of the cam and a cam case(8) is installed to be rotatable along the outer diameter of the cam. A chain gear(9) is installed on the outer diameter of the cam case by a bolt(10). Two circular grooves are prepared in the cam case to install one-way clutch bearings(11,12). The one-way clutching bearing is installed in an inside groove. The larger one-way clutch bearing is installed in an outside groove. The one-way clutch bearing(12) earths a clutch case(14) prepared with a bearing shaft(17). The one-way clutch bearing is rotated and rotated by a long hole(20) and a bearing(18). Some part of the clutch case is descended to equalize the rotation range of the bearing shaft(17) to that of the bearing shaft(15). Integrated auxiliary crank arm(21) and a crank arm(22) are fixed and rotated by a fixing key(23).
