PREPARATION METHOD OF SINTERED ORE USING EXHAUST GAS FROM SINTERING

PURPOSE: A method for preparing sintered ores is accomplished by blowing exhaust gas from sintering process into lower layer part of raw ore, in order to increase amount of cheap limonite as raw material, thereby remarkably improving productivity. CONSTITUTION: A preparation method of sintered ore is performed by a sintering apparatus comprising a buggy (7) to deliver raw material layer to be sintered, at its upper part an ignition furnace (13), a gas discharging part (20) to remove out exhaust gas. The exhaust gas contained in the discharging part is blown into the lower sintering layer at a position not more than 1/2 of a specific height of the raw material line. The method effectively enhances exhausting draft property by minimizing moisture-condensation of the lower part.
