PURPOSE: An improving method of function and stability of a tire flap is provided to prevent the damage of a flap or a flat tire resulted from the protrusion of a flap into a valve hole ,by reinforcing a flap. CONSTITUTION: An improving method of function and stability of a tire flap contains the following characteristics: for the method sticking a fiber cord to a flap of a tire, the fiber cord is rolled, and the fiber cord belt is cut as band type, and the cut fiber cord belt is sticked to a flip as S-type, wherein the measurements of the flip in cutting the fiber cord is 5mm by 15mm.
