PURPOSE: A test tray transfer device in a handler test site is provided to improve a process for testing a device by performing rapidly a transferring operation of a test tray. CONSTITUTION: A test tray transfer device in a handler test site comprises a base plate(10), a guide plate(12), a multitude of gear(22), an adjust bar(24), and a handling screw(26). The guide plate(12) is installed on an upper portion of the base plate(10). The multitude of gear(22) is installed at fixed brackets(14,16,20). The multitude of gear(22) is contacted with both side faces of a transferred test tray(100). The adjust bar(24) and the handling screw(26) are adhered closely the gears(22) in order to transfer the test tray(100). A bevel gear is used for the gear(22). |
