PURPOSE: A structure of air conditioner cabinet is provided to achieve an improved strength while preventing stepped portion and gap between the cabinet and the front panel. CONSTITUTION: A structure comprises a main body for taking the indoor air, heat-exchanging or purifying the air, and discharging the air into an indoor area; a cabinet(10) for accommodating the main body and protecting the main body from an external impact and which has a bent portion(11) at both side surfaces of the cabinet; a front panel(20) to be coupled to the cabinet and which has side surfaces bent to correspond to the bent portion of the cabinet; and an installation base(15) for supporting the bottom portion of the air conditioner by allowing the cabinet and the front panel to be fitted into the installation base. The front panel has an air inlet opening(22) and an air outlet opening(21). The cabinet has side surfaces expanded at a predetermined angle, and the bend portion which is bent into a square C-shape at the end of the side surface. |
