The invention concerns derivatives of group A of streptogramins of general formula (I) wherein: R1 represents a halogen atom or an azido or thiocynato radical; R2 represents a hydrogen atom or a methyl or ethyl radical; R3 represents a hydrogen atom, or the radical of an aliphatic, cycloaliphatic, aromatic, araliphatic, heterocyclic or heterocylclylaliphatic ester capable of being substituted, and the bond ---represents a single bond (stereochemistry 27R) or a double bond, and their salts when they exist.
