NOVEL CYTOKINE INDUCING B LYMPHOCYTE GROWTH AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: A new cytokine which is separated and purified from supernatant of mouse erythroleukemia cell line LK1(KCTC 0604 BP), separation and purification method thereof and a preparation method of recombinant cytokine by cloning cytokine gene are provided. CONSTITUTION: A new mouse erythroleukemia cell strain LK1 (KCTC 0604 BP) induces B lymphocyte growth. The mouse erythroleukemia cell strain LK1 secretes cytokine which induces B lymphocyte growth. A cytokine is characterized by being histamine releasing factor(HRF). A separation and purification method of cytokine is characterized by comprising the following steps of: (i)performing dialysis of culture supernatant of LK1 cell; (ii)repeating three times mono-Q-column chromatography by changing elution concentration of sodium chloride and by using FPLC(fast protein liquid chromatography) system.
