PURPOSE: A pressing device of a film title machine is provided to completely automate the film title machine by lifting a pressing plate with an electric power of a motor and to press a film at regular pressure for clear titles. CONSTITUTION: A pressing device of a film title machine1 includes a casing(10) mounted in the front film tile machine; a lifting rod(20) vertically mounted inside of the casing for being supported by bearing supporting tools, mounting a spring(22) in the upper part and forming a pressing plate(23) in the lower part; a driving part(30) wherein an eccentric cam(31) rotated by a motor is surface-contacted with a bearing(24) installed in a guiding groove(20a) of the lifting rod for lifting the lifting rod; a clutch part(40) wherein a rotary moving cam(41) to be inserted into the outside of a rotary shaft(32) of the eccentric cam is installed in a piston rod(43a) of a cylinder(43) for lifting the eccentric cam; a film(70) put the below the pressing plate; and a sheet copper(80) put in a supporting die(81) mounted in the below the film.
