PURPOSE: The system for reserving the virtual money in an electronic payment card and accumulating the money as cash in an account is provided to allow a producer to advertise its product and service on the internet at a low cost, and to enable an internet user to get an economic profit and obtain new information, by activating the communication between the producer and a customer. CONSTITUTION: The banner advertisement, disclosed on a web site(20) and supplied from a banner advertisement provider(40), is exposed to an internet user(10). The cash is accumulated in an electronic payment system(50) by the number of the clicks of the banner advertisement. The cash accumulated in an electronic payment system(50) is remitted to an individual account(70) of a bank(60). The operator of the web site(20) is paid for the advertisement according to its exposed degree from the provider(40). The web site(20) displays a mall(80) for the electronic commercial transaction so that the user(10) can use the mall(80) based on the system(50).
