PURPOSE: A rest cover for a vehicle is provided to avoid eyes for a rest in a vehicle, by mounting the cover descended automatically from a roof. CONSTITUTION: A rest cover for a vehicle comprises: a cover(1) to be made of flexible materials; rails(2) to be mounted on the both sides; wheels(6) to move along the rails; an adjusting device(5) to adjust the length of an upper part and a lower part.
