PURPOSE: The system for a man-power pool is provided to proceed and control the project from ordering to acceptance the order in on-line by utilizing idle time of the specialist. CONSTITUTION: If a projector director(20) receives a project estimate request from an order part(10), the director(20) analyzes the ordered work, searches a man-power pool(100) and thereby determines a project master(30). The master prepares the estimate and sends it to the order part(10). If the part(10) agrees to the estimation, the project is accepted. The master analyzes the works for the project in detail in order to prepare a schedule(60). If the schedule of the project is approved(70), the specialists for performing the project are selected from the pool(80,90). The jobs are allocated the selected specialists(110), and thereby the project is performed(120). If the project is completed(130), the result of the processed project is sent to the order part(10) via a test and an approval of the processed project(150). The result of the processed project is evaluated(160).
