PURPOSE: An apparatus and a method for shopping and packing a product on a network are provided to allow a user to perform shopping, and to deliver packed products by constructing a web server for shopping and pacing products. CONSTITUTION: An authentication part(20) performs an authentication of a user who accesses a web server(10). A search part(30) receives a search request from a user terminal(80), and searches a database(70). A web management part(40) controls the shopping and the packing of the product by the web server(10). An access processing part(50) processes the accesses of the user terminal(80) and a franchise server(90) to the server(10). An additional service part(60) provides the services additional to the shopping and the packing of the product to the user terminal(80). A database(70) includes the product information needed for the shopping and the franchise information necessary for the packing.
