PURPOSE: A variable picker handling device of a test handler is provided to control variably a moving operation of a picker to an upper direction and a lower direction. CONSTITUTION: A variable picker handling device of a test handler comprises a body plate(10), a picker shaft(16), a picker cam(14), a multitude of picker(22), and a head(20). The body plate(10) comprises an inserting groove formed on its inner both sides. The picker shaft(16) is combined with the inserting groove. The picker cam(14) is installed at an outer side of the picker shaft(16). The pickers(22) are installed at a lower portion of the picker cam(14). The pickers(22) are handled to an upper direction and a lower direction. The head(20) fixes the pickers. |
