PURPOSE: A construction method is provided to prevent horizontal through crack of a caisson type inner wall surface concrete by applying surface concrete on a caisson with a lifting anchor. CONSTITUTION: After installing a caisson, a lifting anchor is installed on the upper end surface of the caisson. Surface concrete is applied to the caisson. An asphalt cork plate is attached on the partition of the caisson and a polyethylene film is paved around the circumference of the asphalt cork plate. A resin back up material is installed around the lifting anchor and then capped by a pipe. Finally, the upper end surface of the lifting anchor is tapped.
