PURPOSE: A pharmaceutical composition for treatment of dermal disease is provided, which can cure various skin diseases or a burn, a scar, or an inflammation using Chinese herb medicines, and release pain at the same time. CONSTITUTION: A process for the preparation of pharmaceutical composition for treatment of dermal disease comprises: mixing Radix Lithospermi, Angelicae Dahuricae Radix, Radix Angelicae Sinens, Radix Glycyrrhizae, Borneqlum Syntheticum, and more than one of oil ingredient selected from Oil Sesami Nigrum, Oil Fructus Cannabis, Brassica Campestris L.; boiling slowly in a container till the color of Angelicae Dahuricae Radix to be yellow from white after about 3-5minutes(total color of mixture to be deep purple); filtering the herb compound, and cooling. The pharmaceutical composition can be applied using a sprayer, a gauze, a cotton, a sponge, a brush, a cotton stick, and which can be prepared in the form of an ointment, a cream.
