DIE FOR INJECTION MOLDING

PURPOSE: A die for injection molding is provided to obtain a cage of a desired shape and to correct the deformation of a product due to the weather by inclining a cavity mounting surface of a side core and a lower core in certain angular degrees. CONSTITUTION: For molding a plastic cage for ball bearings, an upper core(10), a slit ridding core(20) and a side core(30) are sequentially assembled on the upper of a partition line(PL) and a lower core(40) is assembled in the lower of the partition line for forming a die body forming a cavity(C). A cavity mounting surface(41) is formed in the side core for composing the outer face of a cage while another one is formed in the lower core for composing the inner face. The cavity mounting faces are slope outwardly by centering on a virtual center line.
