PURPOSE: A method for converting a one-to-one connection CDMA(Code Division Multiple Access) relay system to a one-to-N multiple connection relay system is provided to add a frequency converter, signal mixer, signal distributor to a DU(Donor Unit) for one-to-one connection, so as to implement the one-to-N multiple connection. CONSTITUTION: An RF(Radio Frequency) unit(5-1) receives signals from a BTS(Base Transceiver Station(1), and outputs the signals to a frequency converter(10-1). The frequency converter(10-1) converts the signals into CDMA(Code Division Multiple Access) bandwidth signals of specific frequencies, and outputs the converted signals to a signal mixer(11). The electric-to-optical converter(6-1) converts FDMA(Frequency Division Multiple Access) signals outputted by the signal mixer(11) into optical wave signals, and outputs the converted signals to a WDM(Wave Division Multiplexing) unit(7-1), outputting the optical signals to an optical cable(4). A WDM unit(7-2) outputs the optical signals to an optical-to-electric converter(8-1), converting the optical signals to FDMA electric signals. A frequency selector(13) reversely converts frequencies for the FDMA signals, to finally restore the signals of the BTS(1). An RF unit(14) amplifies the restored signals, to transmit the signals to a wireless terminal. And the RF unit(14) receives signals of the wireless terminal, and outputs the signals to a frequency converter(10-2). The frequency converter(10-2) converts the signals of the wireless terminal into frequency conversion signals, and outputs the converted signals to an electric-to-optical converter(6-2). The electric-to-optical converter(6-2) converts the specific frequency signals into optical wave signals, and outputs the converted signals to a WDM unit(7-2), transmitting the outputted signals to the optical cable(4).
