PURPOSE: A method for determining winning bid amount through participant's participation is provided to promote reliance in the participant's winning bid amount by supplying a chance for the user to select a number that can change the winning bid amount. CONSTITUTION: A method for determining winning bid amount through participant's participation is composed of selection, participation, and purchase. A purchaser selects a desired product(N1) and determines whether one can participate in the purchase by receiving the available purchase participant number(N2). If the purchaser is able to participate, the member identity confirmation process is conducted(N3,N4) and the purchaser selects an optional number than can change the winning bid price(N5). If the purchaser is not a registered member, he/she participates after becoming a member. The purchase bid is initiated(N7) after each participant has selected an optional number, and a number of participants that satisfy the bidders has registered(N6). The purchaser who has submitted the highest bid purchases the product(N7,N8).
