PLASMA DEVICE FOR REMOVING SMOKE DISCHARGED FROM DIESEL ENGINE

PURPOSE: A plasma device for removing smoke discharged from a diesel engine is provided to eliminate or reduce the smoke by readily generating the plasma at a low cost with a magnetron. CONSTITUTION: Exhaust gas passes through a plasma flame by connecting an exhaust case(16) of a vehicle with a discharge pipe(12). The exhaust gas is processed by the plasma and then discharged to the air through an exhaust case(18) of the vehicle. An ignitor(14) generates a spark to the discharge pipe so as to make a discharge process easy. Accordingly, the plasma is readily generated in the air.
